There are few accredited motocycle tour companies in Romania that have the right to legally organize a motorcycle tour in Romania.
1 Adventure Motorcycle Tours and Rentals – they own a fleet of 10 BMW motorcycle for rent in Romania and it is the most important motorcycle tours organizer in Eastern Europe http://www.visitclujnapoca.ro/transport/rent-a-moto/
2 Visit Transylvania Cluj – they have for rent 4 BMW motorcycles, newer than 2005. Visit-Transylvania.eu

There are many other people advertising on the internet that they organize motorcycle tours but I did not find them on Ministry of Tourism list of licensed travel agency. Anyway if you find any other legally organized business that works in the area feel free to contact me so I can add them here.
